Arrange A Survey

If you’re happy to proceed, we’ll arrange a survey at a time that suits you (available 7 days a week). We’ll take precise measurements and discuss any design changes you’d like.

Receive Your Final Quote

After the survey, we’ll email your updated design and final quotation. No pressure, no pushy sales – just clear, honest pricing and expert advice.

How quickly will I get a response?

We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours, Monday to Sunday. If you email us photos and requirements, we’ll send you a 3D design and accurate price within the same timeframe.

What information do you need for an accurate quote?

For the most accurate quote, please provide:

  • Photos of your existing door from inside and outside
  • Approximate door size or frame measurements (only really needed for sidelights due to minimum widths)
  • Your postcode
  • The type of door you’re interested in (Rockdoor, GRP composite, bifold, etc.)
  • Any specific requirements (colour preferences, glass designs, hardware)

Don’t worry if you don’t have all this information – we can discuss everything over email, phone or at a survey.

Do you charge for quotes?

No, all quotes are completely free with no obligation. Whether you contact us by phone, email, or through our website form, we’ll provide an accurate price at no cost.

Can I visit your showroom?

We operate from home with no showroom facility. However, we can bring colour samples to your property during the survey. This approach keeps our costs low and means better prices for you.

What if I’m outside your normal service area?

We primarily serve the Midlands (Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Staffordshire, Northamptonshire, and Warwickshire). If you’re just outside thisarea, contact us anyway – we may be able to help. We also offer supply-only with UK-wide delivery.

Will I speak to Jim and Josh directly?

Yes! When you call or email, you’ll speak directly with Jim or Josh – the same people who will survey your property and install your door. We don’t use sales people or call centres, so you get expert advice and personal service from start to finish.
